Scriptures from the Book of Revelation & Book of Daniel

Welcome, my name’s Dr. David Orlowski. If you’re a student of the end times, as well as a great lover of well-told fiction, you will heartedly enjoy my new book, THE RAPTUREThe Tribulation Reign of the Antichrist. It incorporates not only Scriptures from the Book of Revelation, but from numerous places including the Book of Daniel. The Rapture is an apocalyptic thriller that will take you through the dreadful first 3 ? years of The Tribulation, and the reign of the Antichrist. The Rapture – The Tribulation Reign of the Antichrist will build your faith, and deepen your Scriptural understanding of all that will transpire during the first half of the Tribulation. Interestingly, an HBO series entitled The Leftovers, speaks of those left behind. Clearly, our hearts are being drawn to this important topic.

Verse 10 tells that the Antichrist’s wickedness becomes so great, that it rises up to Heaven. This speaks of the mid-point of the Tribulation when God judges the Antichrist for martyring the hundreds of millions of saints. Rev 20:4 tells us the saints will die by beheading. In judging the Antichrist, God releases the trumpet/bowl judgments, or “stars that fall to the earth” (v.10). He does this six months into the second half of the Tribulation. Verse 11 tells us that during the second half of the Tribulation, the temple sacrifices in Jerusalem will be ended, and the temple will be demolished. Verse 12, all of Israel’s host or people, will be given into the hand of the Antichrist, except that is, those who take refuge in the southern two quarters of Jerusalem, and reside under the protection of the Two Witnesses (Zech 14:2).

In Daniel 8:13, an important timeline question is raised – How long will this period of time involve? The answer, verse 14, is 2300 evenings and mornings. Now it takes one evening and one morning to make up a day, so this means 1,150 days. Therefore, 1,150 days will take place following the Abomination of Desolation, when the Antichrist will trample the outer temple court. Now there is another prophetic Scripture from I Kings 20 that I believe gives further definition as to what will occur in the story at this point. Six months prior to the end of the Tribulation, the Antichrist will rise up with a great army, and will seek to destroy Israel altogether. But the 144,000 Witnesses, all young men, will intervene and rout them. This is foretold of in Zechariah 12:2-8; and I Kings 20, that prophetically speaks of a prelude to Armageddon where the Antichrist is defeated. I will review these Scriptures in another video. Suffice to say, the Antichrist’s control of the outer court of the temple will be ended after 1,150 days.

In Daniel 8:15-19, Daniel is told he will receive the interpretation of the visions. Verse 20 reiterates that the ram represents the kings tied to Media and Persia that includes Russia. Verse 21: the shaggy goat is the Kingdom of Greece, or European Union, and the horn between its eyes is the chief king, or Antichrist. The descriptor “chief” is translated from rishon. Verse 22: The broken horn, or the European Union, is overcome by the Four Horns, or Four Horsemen. Some wrongly interpret the word “malkuth” to mean kingdoms versus kings, or royals, or sovereigns, meaning again the Four Horsemen. This is supported in verse 23 that states, “In the latter part of “their” rule. The Antichrist is described as insolent and skilled in intrigue. Verse 24: through his mighty power, he will destroy to an extraordinary degree. Mighty men will be destroyed, as will Israel beginning at the mid-point of the Tribulation. Verse 25: Through the Antichrist’s shrewdness, he will cause deceit to succeed, even while he destroys many as they are at ease. In the end, at Armageddon, he will oppose Jesus Himself, but will be broken, and taken by a strong angel, and cast into the Lake of Fire (Rev 19:20).

Verse 26: Daniel is then assured that the vision is true, but to keep it secret. The angel again reiterates that the vision “pertains to many days in the future.” Daniel says the vision left him exhausted and sick for days. It’s easy to mentally imagine the above, but fail to take it all to heart. The Antichrist will “destroy many while they are at ease.” This speaks of a swift and devastating nuclear barrage, not a slowly approaching army that people at ease would be alerted to. How much of the U.S., how many cities, will be “shattered, trampled and broken”? We’ve all seen in the movies, the nuclear weapon’s strikes, but can you appreciate the cost and devastation? The last days count down is running.

My book, The Rapture – The Tribulation Reign of the Antichrist, depicts this storied prophesy, showing not only the tectonic geopolitical rise of the New World Order and Antichrist, but the angelic-demonic confrontation that occurs behind the scenes. It’s a gripping story that will build your faith, and inspire you with His unconditional love. In the end, you will love Jesus more, and abide in His grace more fully. And isn’t that what’s it’s all about? We are to freely welcome His love, and freely give it away. My name is Dr. David Orlowski. Don’t miss our next video on Daniel 9.
